Customers on Single, Team or Business packages can pay by way of credit card or by BACS Direct Debit. If paying by credit card, we accept the following cards: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay, JCB. Customers on Enterprise packages can pay on account.
Your first payment will be taken on the first day you subscribed to your package. Ongoing, subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We will process your credit card or other valid payment method on each renewal term, on the calendar day corresponding to the first day you subscribed to your package.
You have unlimited monthly access to over 3 million stock assets, over 1 million premium stock assets (worth $1500), as well as 120 iStock media assets per month. You also have unlimited access to a royalty-free music library made up of thousands of tracks.
In theory, any browser is supported, but as with most video applications, we recommend using Google Chrome for the best results. Some other browsers do not handle video applications well and you may run into issues.
You do not need training. We offer a suite of general training videos as well as step-by-step tutorial videos for each template. We also offer ongoing support whether you need help onboarding or creating videos. You will also have access to Invideo’s live chat support.
Yes, all templates are fully customisable, so you can add your own logo, brand colours, fonts or icons. You can make any other customisations you like too.
By default, templates are neutrally branded (with the Vidibar brand palette), but we offer a branding service where we can brand any and all the templates you want in advance so any team members will have custom branded templates from the get go. Please email team@vidibar.com for more info.
Yes, any newly released templates will be made automatically available in your library and we’ll let you know when there are new templates to check out.
